Key Responsibilities:

  • Brownfield and Greenfield Projects:
    • Plan, design, and implement infrastructure projects to meet operational needs and regulatory standards.
    • Coordinate with architects, engineers, and contractors for seamless project execution.
  • Project Oversight:
    • Manage infrastructure projects from inception to completion using project management methodologies and tools.
    • Lead cross-functional teams for successful project delivery.
  • Capex Management:
    • Develop and manage capital expenditure budgets for infrastructure projects.
    • Monitor and report on capex spending to ensure compliance with financial regulations.
  • Cold Room Partnerships:
    • Establish strategic partnerships with cold storage providers to optimize supply chain efficiency.
    • Negotiate contracts and service level agreements to meet business requirements.
    • Monitor cold room performance and address operational issues proactively.
  • Team Leadership:
    • Lead and manage the infrastructure team to achieve business objectives.
    • Foster a collaborative work environment that promotes innovation and excellence.
  • Stakeholder Engagement:
    • Build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure successful project outcomes.
    • Communicate project status, challenges, and achievements to stakeholders in a timely manner.
  • Operational Efficiency:
    • Develop processes to improve infrastructure efficiency and reduce costs.
    • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations through regular assessments and audits.
  • Risk Management:
    • Identify potential risks associated with infrastructure projects and develop mitigation strategies.
    • Monitor and address compliance issues related to infrastructure operations to minimize risks.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • At least 8-10 years of experience in infrastructure project management and procurement.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale infrastructure projects.
  • Strong negotiation, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent leadership and team management abilities.
