As a critical member of our project team, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the development and implementation of infrastructure projects. Your responsibilities will include coordinating resources, managing timelines, and ensuring that all aspects of the project are executed efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Project Planning and Coordination: Develop detailed project plans, coordinate with cross-functional teams, and ensure timely execution of tasks.
  • Facility Operations and Maintenance: Oversee routine maintenance activities, conduct inspections, and ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
  • Resource Allocation and Management: Manage vendor contracts, track expenses, and implement cost-effective measures to optimize project outcomes.
  • Stakeholder Engagement and Communication: Collaborate with stakeholders, including architects, engineers, contractors, and internal teams, to ensure effective project execution and stakeholder satisfaction.
  • Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate project records, including contracts, drawings, and technical specifications, and provide regular progress reports to management.
