Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead complex, multi-vendor infrastructure projects. The ideal candidate will have over 15 years of experience managing large-scale deployments involving data networking, structured cabling, and audio-visual solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Leadership & Delivery: Lead the planning, execution, monitoring, control, and closure of highly complex projects from initiation to successful completion.
  • Project Scope & Goals: Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.
  • Comprehensive Project Planning: Develop detailed project plans, including work breakdown structures (WBS), resource allocation, risk management strategies, and communication plans.
  • Project Performance Management: Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards, meeting or exceeding client expectations.
  • Risk Management: Proactively identify and manage project risks and issues, developing mitigation strategies and escalating as necessary.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Facilitate strong cross-functional collaboration between internal teams, clients, and external partners.
  • Process Improvement: Champion project management best practices and methodologies within the organization.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with government or large enterprise infrastructure projects.
  • Familiarity with ITIL or other service management frameworks.
  • Ability to manage geographically distributed teams.
