Job Opportunity

We seek a skilled Project Manager to lead project delivery related to cloud environments.

This role combines project management, systems administration oversight, and client-facing responsibilities to ensure performance, security, and scalability of cloud environments.

The Project Manager will oversee cross-functional projects, manage cloud-focused teams, and collaborate with internal stakeholders, vendors, and clients.

Strong technical expertise in AWS, excellent leadership skills, and ability to coordinate projects in dynamic and distributed environments are required.

Flexibility to support clients across multiple time zones is necessary.

This position plays a critical role in advancing cloud adoption, team productivity, and client success.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead cloud infrastructure projects using Agile/Scrum methodologies.
  • Facilitate Agile ceremonies and coach teams on Agile principles.
  • Oversee projects end-to-end, including planning, resource allocation, scheduling, and budgeting.
  • Develop project scopes, timelines, and deliverables in collaboration with internal teams, vendors, and clients.
  • Track progress, manage risks, and ensure on-time delivery.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science or Information Technology.
  • MBA or equivalent professional experience is mandatory.
  • 5+ years in systems administration, with at least 3 years managing AWS environments.
  • 4+ years in project management or Scrum Master roles in IT or cloud-based environments.
  • 2+ years of client-facing experience, including requirements gathering and solution delivery.
Technical Skills:
  • Proficiency in AWS services (EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda, VPC, IAM).
  • Strong knowledge of Windows and Linux systems administration.
Leadership and Soft Skills:
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills for both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Proven ability to motivate, mentor, and manage technical teams.
Availability:
  • Flexibility to work late-night shifts for system maintenance, project deadlines, and global client needs.
