Senior Financial Executive Opportunity

We are seeking a seasoned financial leader to join our team as a Senior Financial Executive. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for providing strategic guidance and oversight on all aspects of our finance function.

  • Key Responsibilities:

    • Develop and implement effective financial strategies that support the organization's overall goals and objectives.
    • Lead the finance team in preparing timely and accurate financial information, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
    • Ensure compliance with local and international accounting standards, regulations, and laws.
    • Monitor and analyze financial performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
    • Collaborate with senior management to develop and implement policies, procedures, and controls to ensure the integrity of our financial operations.
    • Communicate financial information and recommendations to stakeholders, including senior management, board members, and external partners.

  • Requirements and Qualifications:

    • Qualifications:

      • Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
      • Minimum 8 years of experience in a senior financial leadership role, preferably in a similar industry.
      • Proven track record of success in developing and implementing financial strategies, improving financial performance, and leading high-performing teams.
      • Strong understanding of financial analysis methods, techniques, and regulatory requirements.
      • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
