Strategic Analytics Leader

The analytics team is a strategic and analytical powerhouse driving the business forward. This team is central to the company's vision of redefining industry trends, offering insights across various sectors.

We are looking for a highly skilled Strategic Analytics Leader to anchor the automation charter for the entire ecosystem. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in enabling growth by designing frameworks, unlocking data-driven insights, and driving the adoption of analytics tools across the business.

This position requires strong leadership and problem-solving skills to transform data into business outcomes, streamline processes, and build scalable solutions that empower decision-making at every level.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive strategic initiatives to improve key metrics and empower the team.
  • Lead the rollout of Tableau, ensuring adoption and effective usage.
  • Design and manage dashboards and reports to track KRAs and KPIs for the team.
  • Deliver actionable insights using advanced analytics and data visualization to enable data-driven decision-making and execution.
  • Automate manual reporting workflows using Python, SQL, and data engineering best practices to ensure scalability, accuracy, and efficiency.
  • Leverage tools and technologies such as Python, SQL, Tableau, GenAI, and data engineering workflows to strengthen analytical and automation capabilities.
  • Collaborate with teams to accelerate growth in metrics.
  • Prepare impactful presentations and business reviews for leadership to support strategic discussions and decision-making.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering or a related field, with 7–10 years of experience focused on automation and analytics-driven initiatives.
  • Proficiency in Python, SQL, Tableau, data engineering workflows, MS Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Proven track record of leading automation, driving analytics adoption, and enabling performance improvement at scale.
