Job Title: Salesforce Data Cloud Architect

We are seeking a seasoned Salesforce professional to spearhead our data cloud initiatives. The ideal candidate will drive strategy and implementation of scalable architectures that unlock customer insights and enable AI-driven personalization across the enterprise.

This role requires expertise in designing, developing, and deploying efficient data pipelines, APIs, and real-time streaming systems. The candidate must stay current with Salesforce Data Cloud roadmap, releases, and new capabilities, applying expertise to optimize performance and ensure timely adoption.

The successful candidate will lead end-to-end design, architecture, and implementation of Salesforce Data Cloud solutions to drive business growth. They will collaborate with stakeholders to translate business objectives into actionable data strategies, ensuring seamless integration with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Commerce Cloud, MuleSoft, Tableau, and external platforms.

Requirements:
  • 10+ years of hands-on Salesforce experience, with at least 3+ years dedicated to Data Cloud/Customer Data Platform (CDP).
  • Proven expertise in Salesforce architecture, data integration, and enterprise solution design, including ETL/ELT pipelines, APIs, connectors, and real-time streaming (Kafka, MuleSoft, Snowflake, Databricks, etc.).
  • Strong knowledge of data modeling, identity resolution, consent management, profile unification, and SQL techniques.
  • Experience integrating Salesforce Data Cloud with AI tools, Data Cloud + Marketing Cloud activation, and personalization journeys.
