Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned Training Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering training programs to our employees, focusing on sales and product knowledge. Your goal will be to equip our teams with the skills they need to succeed in their roles.

The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in field sales training, with a strong understanding of adult learning principles. You should be proficient in presentation and facilitation skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.

You will be responsible for conducting new hire training and refresher training, as well as providing opportunities for soft skill and behavioral training to sales and non-sales stakeholders. Additionally, you will work closely with sales leaders to drive business productivity and help new hires build knowledge and close deals within their first month.

Responsibilities:
  • Conduct new hire training and refresher training
  • Provide sales training, product and process training to employees
  • Facilitate soft skill and behavioral training to sales and non-sales stakeholders
  • Drive self-learning at regional office through eLearning platform
  • Support sales leaders in driving business productivity
  • Help new hires build knowledge and become successful by closing deals within initial month

Requirements:
  • 3-5 years of work experience in field sales training
  • Familiarity with adult learning principles
  • Proficient in presentation and facilitation skills
  • Ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization
