We are seeking a highly skilled Investment Banking Operations Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in managing teams, handling client calls, and establishing strong relationships with clients.

As an Investment Banking Operations Manager, you will be responsible for independently handling clients and client calls, establishing yourself as a valued partner. You will also escalate issues to client and internal managers in a timely manner to avoid client escalation.

Key responsibilities of the role include:

  • Establishing self as a valued partner to clients
  • Escalating issues to client and internal managers
  • Building domain expertise and leading from the front
  • Helping knowledge management endeavors by sharing process knowledge and best practices within the teams

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • Graduation (Bcom, BBA, BBM, BCA) / Post Graduation (Mcom, MBA, PGDM)
  • 6 to 10 years of experience in handling team of minimum 25 members and has good experience and knowledge of Investment Banking Operations.
  • Conceptualize, design and deliver high-quality solutions and insightful analysis on a variety of projects ranging in both complexity and scope
  • Knowledge of / prior experience with offshoring processes and methodologies highly preferred
