Lead Livelihoods Strategist

We seek a visionary leader to spearhead our rural livelihoods strategy in Punjab. The ideal candidate will design, pilot, and scale innovative livelihood models addressing rural challenges while enhancing dignity of work, women's participation, and climate resilience.

The role involves developing a comprehensive livelihoods strategy aligned with our vision and Punjab's socio-economic realities. Key responsibilities include:

  • Designing sustainable income-generating opportunities for rural communities through agri-allied enterprises, skill development, women-led micro-enterprises, and green economy initiatives.
  • Buidling scalable and inclusive livelihood models that can be replicated across Punjab.
  • Fostering partnerships with government, CSR donors, foundations, corporates, and local NGOs to expand livelihood interventions.
  • Developing market linkages, supply chain connections, and access to credit for rural entrepreneurs.
  • Establishing strong impact measurement frameworks to track program KPIs and document best practices, case studies, and learnings for scaling and replication.

Key qualities and skills required:
