Job Title: Program Director

Rambhau Mhalgi Prabodhini, a leading institution in India, is seeking a seasoned professional to oversee its various programs. As Chief Programme Officer, you will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of our initiatives, driving growth and innovation.

We are looking for an experienced leader with a proven track record in program management, supervision, and budgeting. Your expertise in identifying training needs and developing relevant programs for socio-political groups will be invaluable. Additionally, you should have excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders.

The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to establish goals, prioritize projects, and create standards for quality and outcomes. Experience in planning, publicity, report writing, program proposals, printing, book creation, documentation, and other related areas is desirable. You should also have proficiency in word processing, spreadsheet, and presentation software.

Requirements:

  • 10+ years of experience in program management, preferably in a social organization
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Proficiency in Marathi, Hindi, and English (written and spoken)
