As a senior livelihood manager, you will be responsible for leading project operations and learning activities aligned with the project design and activity plan.
- Support project leads/teams to implement livelihood activities effectively.
- Enhance technical quality through regular coordination with Director – Social Additionality.
- Develop implementation plans and budgets; support project teams in achieving objectives and targets.
- Issue directives and guidelines for timely implementation of project activities.
- Identify operational challenges and coordinate solutions with the project team and Director – SA.
- Develop knowledge management products showcasing project impact.
- Promote reflective practices to refine strategies and approaches.
Enterprise Development
- Establish women-led Plastic Collection Centers within waste collector communities.
- Launch e-tricycle-based plastic waste collection initiatives for informal waste collectors.
- Implement skill training initiatives and develop market linkages.
- Forge partnerships with government bodies, private sector actors, and technical institutions.
- Build networks with key stakeholders to support effective delivery of the project.
- Collaborate with government departments and establish institutional linkages at the district level.
Capacity Building
- Organize entrepreneurship awareness and development programs for beneficiaries.
- Coordinate multi-stakeholder workshops on enterprise development.
- Conduct EAPs, EDPs, and mentorship sessions for emerging entrepreneurs.
- Offer business support and mentorship for women micro-entrepreneurs.
- Conduct capacity needs assessments for institutional partners as needed.
- Develop IEC materials, demonstration tools, training modules, and capacity-building resources.
Reporting and Documentation
- Log KPIs into the PFC platform for monitoring.
- Ensure accurate, timely documentation and data flow through the PFC technology platform.
- Review and update policies and SOPs with required documentation.
- Submit reports in prescribed formats.
- Maintain and analyze all MIS data.
- Provide insights and analysis of project activities.
General Responsibilities
- Maintain high standards of professionalism and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Uphold organizational policies, SOPs, and protocols across all levels.
- Foster collaborative communication with stakeholders.
- Ensure confidentiality and data security at all times.
- Be open to frequent travel across India based on project needs.

Qualifications, Experience & Knowledge
- Master's degree in Social Work/Sciences, Entrepreneurship Development, or related fields.
- Minimum 5 years of experience managing livelihood or income generation programs.
- Experience in social business development is highly desirable.
- Prior experience working with informal sectors and vulnerable workforce.
- Strong understanding of social and environmental sustainability concepts.
- Proficiency in English, Tamil, Bengali, and Telugu is essential.
