Job Title: Identity Solutions Architect

We are seeking an experienced Identity Solutions Architect to join our team. This role will involve designing and implementing identity management solutions that meet the needs of our clients.

Responsibilities:
  • Design and implement IAM systems, including SSO, MFA, and RBAC
  • Integrate IAM solutions with enterprise applications, such as Azure AD, Okta, and Ping Identity
  • Monitor and audit identity-related activities for compliance
  • Manage Public Key Infrastructure (PKI) and digital certificates across endpoints, servers, and applications
  • Automate certificate lifecycle, including issuance, renewal, and revocation
  • Maintain internal and external CA integrations, such as DigiCert and Let's Encrypt
  • Ensure TLS/SSL configurations meet security best practices
  • Log all incidents and service requests in the ITSM system, ensuring SLA adherence
  • Escalate unresolved or complex issues to L2/L3 with proper documentation
  • Maintain and update SOPs and contribute to the internal knowledge base
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
  • Experience in IAM and certificate management
  • Strong knowledge of protocols, including LDAP, SAML, OAuth2, OIDC, Kerberos, and SCIM
  • Hands-on experience with PKI, HSMs, and certificate automation tools, such as Certbot, Venafi, and HashiCorp Vault
  • Proficiency in scripting, including PowerShell, Python, and Bash
  • Familiarity with cloud IAM, including Azure AD, AWS IAM, and GCP IAM
