Job Title: Identity Governance Program Manager

Are you a highly skilled professional looking for a challenging role that will help you grow and develop your expertise? We are seeking an experienced Identity Governance Program Manager to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement effective identity governance strategies and policies across the organization.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and address security risks, ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, and drive business growth through the adoption of IDAM services.
  • Provide technical leadership and guidance on the implementation of IDAM solutions, including authentication, authorization, and access management.
  • Supervise and mentor junior team members, providing coaching and feedback to support their development and growth.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in information systems, with at least 4 years of hands-on experience with IDAM, including authentication and authorization.
  • Proven track record of managing medium to large-scale global IT projects, with experience working with cross-time-zone teams.
  • Strong understanding of SailPoint IdentityIQ, MS AD, EntraID (Azure AD), Conditional Access, B2B trusts, SSO, MFA & PKI, PAM, CIAM, and Cloud Directories.
  • Demonstrated success in leading technical teams and delivering end-to-end solutions, with strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
