The role requires collaboration with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver Identity Management solutions that meet business needs. The specialist must also troubleshoot and resolve issues related to SailPoint identity management efficiently.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Designing and implementing SailPoint Identity Governance solutions to enhance security posture.
  • Conducting regular audits and assessments to ensure compliance with security policies.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver Identity Management solutions.
  • Troubleshooting and resolving issues related to SailPoint identity management.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, the ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

  • 6-11 years of experience in implementing and managing SailPoint solutions.
  • Strong understanding of Identity and Access Management (IAM) concepts.
  • Proficiency in SailPoint IdentityNow and/or SailPoint IIQ.
  • Experience with Java, BeanShell, and other programming languages used in SailPoint.
  • Knowledge of LDAP, Active Directory, and other directory services.
  • Familiarity with security protocols such as SAML, OAuth, and OpenID Connect.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
