**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Design and implement SailPoint Identity Security Cloud, ensuring security, compliance, and operational efficiency.
- Develop and configure SailPoint IAM components, including lifecycle management, access certifications, and role-based access control (RBAC).
- Lead architecture discussions, providing best practices and strategies for IAM integration across enterprise systems.
- Develop workflows, rules, and policies within SailPoint to support business requirements.
- Optimize performance and scalability of SailPoint solutions.
- Conduct security assessments and ensure IAM implementations adhere to regulatory and compliance requirements (e.g., SOX, GDPR, HIPAA).
- Provide technical leadership, mentorship, and guidance to junior engineers and IAM specialists.
- Troubleshoot and resolve IAM-related issues and integrate with other security tools (such as CyberArk, Okta, and Azure AD).
- Stay updated on industry trends and emerging IAM technologies to enhance SailPoint capabilities.

**Required Qualifications**:

- Experience: Minimum 5-10 years in IAM, with at least 3-5 years specifically working with SailPoint IdentityIQ/IdentityNow.
- Technical Expertise: Strong knowledge of SailPoint architecture, connectors, APIs, and integration patterns.
- Programming Skills: Proficiency in Java, XML, and scripting languages like PowerShell or Python.
- Cloud & Infrastructure: Experience with AWS, Azure, or other cloud environments in relation to IAM solutions.
- Compliance Knowledge: Familiarity with SOX, HIPAA, GxP and other regulatory frameworks.
- Directory Services: Understanding of Active Directory, LDAP, and database integration for identity management.
- Single Sign-On (SSO) & MFA: Experience with authentication technologies like SAML, OAuth, and OpenID Connect.
- Security Best Practices: Deep knowledge of identity governance, privileged access management (PAM), and access certification.
