Identity Management System Architect

We are seeking an expert to design and maintain our identity management system architecture. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of IAM/RBAC frameworks and experience with provisioning protocols (e.g., SCIM, SAML, OAuth, OpenID Connect).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement secure and efficient access controls.
  • Monitor operational and performance statistics for managed systems.
  • Develop and maintain documentation for identity management processes, policies, and system architecture.
  • Collaborate with project teams to ensure successful delivery of IdM projects.

Requirements:

  • Master's degree in Information Systems or related field OR equivalent work experience.
  • 4+ years of experience integrating SailPoint with various applications.
  • Strong understanding of identity governance concepts, including role-based access control (RBAC), access certification, and provisioning processes.
  • Proficiency in identity management technologies (e.g., Okta, Azure AD, SailPoint).
  • Experience with APIs and integration techniques to connect identity management systems with various applications and services.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Scripting skills (e.g., PowerShell or Python).
  • Experience with IS Security and Agile Methodology.
  • Proficiency in scripting and automation.

Professional Certifications:

  • Microsoft, GCP, or AWS Cloud Certification.
  • Identity Provisioning or Security Certification.
  • SailPoint Certification.

Soft Skills:

  • Excellent analytical and troubleshooting skills.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively with global, virtual teams.
