Identity Management Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Identity Management Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for the configuration and management of Active Directory, Exchange, and M365 Security components.

About the Role

This is a senior-level position that requires a strong background in identity management, with a minimum of 9 years of experience in AD On Prem and Identity-Management. You should have good experience with Active Directory and Exchange, as well as migration tools such as Quest on Demand and Sharegate.

Responsibilities
  • Configure and manage Active Directory, Exchange, and M365 Security components
  • Create test cases for validating AD/Exchange & M365 Security Environment
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions
  • Lead post-migration support, operations handover process, and mentor junior level resources
  • Design, develop, administer, secure, and govern SharePoint environments
  • Manage OneDrive policies and security
  • Plan, execute, and provide post-migration support for various content sources
Requirements
  • 9+ years of experience in AD On Prem and Identity-Management
  • Good experience with Active Directory, Exchange, and migration tools
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
