Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Enterprise Identity Architect to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and implementing enterprise-wide identity management solutions.

About the Role:

  • You will lead the development of identity management roadmaps, ensuring scalability, high availability, and disaster recovery processes.
  • You will define and implement architectural standards, configuration baselines, and security policies for identity management systems.
  • You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement advanced identity features, such as conditional access, adaptive authentication, and just-in-time provisioning.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field; advanced degree.
  • 10+ years of experience in systems engineering, with at least 5 years focused on identity and access management technologies.
  • Expertise in designing and managing integrations with SaaS applications, APIs, and directory services.
  • Experience with authentication protocols, including SAML, OAuth, OpenID Connect, and SCIM.
  • Proficient in troubleshooting complex system issues and implementing root-cause solutions.

What We're Looking For:

  • Certifications such as Okta Certified Consultant, Okta Certified Administrator, or CISSP.
