Key Job Responsibilities

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented professional to manage day-to-day HR functions and administrative operations. This role involves:

  • Handling recruitment processes from start to finish
  • Conducting employee onboarding sessions
  • Maintaining and updating employee records accurately
  • Responding to employee queries related to HR policies and benefits in a timely manner
  • Organizing employee engagement and welfare activities to boost morale and motivation
  • Managing leave and attendance of employees effectively
  • Oversight of general office operations and maintenance to ensure a smooth working environment
  • Procurement of office supplies, inventory management, and vendor relationships
  • Ensuring the office environment is clean, safe, and well-organized at all times
  • Cooordinating with IT/support services for employee equipment and systems
  • Arranging travel arrangements and logistics for staff when required

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or a relevant field
  • 0-1 year experience in a similar role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with colleagues and stakeholders
  • Able to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
