About the Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Commercial Director to lead our Value Added Services (VAS) team in India. The successful candidate will be responsible for expanding our services charter and driving business growth through strategic partnerships and commercial initiatives.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in business development, partnership management, and commercial leadership. They will be able to design and implement engagement strategies, negotiate agreements with brands and partners, and drive revenue growth while improving profitability.

Key Skills and Qualifications:
- 4+ years of experience in business development, partnership management, or sourcing new business
- Bachelor's degree
- Experience in setting up and managing a sales pipeline
- Experience interpreting data and making business recommendations
- Experience influencing internal and external stakeholders
- Leadership skills and ability to manage a team
