About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Community Builder to manage and develop high-value relationships with senior technology leaders across various platforms.

The successful candidate will be responsible for creating engaging conversations, managing curated groups, and organizing meetups to foster connections between CIOs and our organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • ">
  • Create and manage segmented communities on WhatsApp by region, vertical, or interest">
  • Develop and implement strategies for daily/weekly conversations, questions, and polls to maintain engagement">
  • Organize offline and online events, AMAs, or panel discussions to bring together senior technology leaders">

Responsibilities:

  • ">
  • Design and manage a monthly newsletter for senior technology leaders (digital and physical versions)">
  • Own the editorial calendar, content curation, copywriting, design coordination, and distribution">
  • Work with internal teams to feature insights, success stories, interviews, and trend reports">
  • Coordinate printing, logistics, and delivery of the physical newsletter (quarterly or monthly)">

Requirements:

  • ">
  • 2-5 years of experience in community management, CXO engagement, customer advocacy, or brand marketing">
  • Excellent written and spoken English">
  • Experience in building or managing communities, including WhatsApp groups, email tools, and social media">
  • A relationship-first mindset, with a genuine interest in building trust over time">
