Build a Community of CIOs

Seeking an experienced community manager to develop and grow high-value networks of technology decision-makers.

The ideal candidate will be the driving force behind this community, maintaining conversations, sharing value, and making every CIO feel seen, heard, and respected.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Create curated groups for regional, vertical, or interest-based CIO networks.
  • Initiate engaging daily/weekly conversations and questions to maintain high levels of participation.
  • Organize online/offline events, AMAs, and panel discussions.
  • Design and manage a monthly newsletter featuring insights, success stories, interviews, and trend reports.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to curate content and distribute it effectively.
  • Coordinate printing and delivery of physical newsletters (quarterly/monthly).
  • Translate community conversations into compelling social media posts.
  • Recognize CIO milestones and celebrations to build a human connection.
  • Collaborate with designers on banners, event invites, and post templates.
Requirements:
  • 2–5 years of experience in community management, CXO engagement, advocacy, or brand marketing.
  • Excellent written/spoken English; warm, smart, and human copy is essential.
  • Experience building/managing WhatsApp groups, communities, or Slack groups.
  • Hands-on experience with email tools (e.g., Mailchimp) and newsletter publishing.
  • A relationship-first mindset with genuine care for building trust over time.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally with marketing, design, events, and sales teams.
Nice to Have:
  • Prior experience working with CIOs, CTOs, or enterprise tech decision-makers.
  • Ability to interview CXOs and translate insights into engaging written content.
  • Interest in design coordination and layouting print newsletters.
  • Comfort with basic data tracking/reporting (open rates, group activity, etc.).
