About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated Inside Sales Specialist to join our team at Livspace. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying and qualifying potential customers, scheduling appointments, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Making outgoing calls to potential customers to schedule high-quality leads for sales
  • Identifying customer needs, clarifying information, researching every issue, and providing solutions and/or alternatives
  • Seizing opportunities to upsell services when they arise
  • FOLLOWING UP WITH POTENTIAL CUSTOMERS IN A TIMELY MANNER IF NECESSARY
  • MANAGING A LARGE NUMBER OF OUTBOUND CALLS IN A TIMELY MANNER
  • DOCUMENTING ALL CALL INFORMATION IN THE CRM ACCORDING TO STANDARD OPERATING PROCEDURES
  • MEETING PERSONAL/TEAM QUALITATIVE AND QUANTITATIVE TARGETS
  • POSSESSING STRONG KNOWLEDGE OF LIVSPACE SERVICES TO IDENTIFY CUSTOMER NEEDS WHEN QUALIFYING THEM
  • DEMONSTRATING AN APTITUDE FOR SALES, BEING ABLE TO ASK FOR THE NEXT MEETING, AND SUGGESTING ADDITIONAL PRODUCTS OR SERVICES TO
  • INCREASE CUSTOMER SATISFACTION AND REVENUE
  • APPLYING A SUPERLATIVES CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE ATTITUDE ON ALL INTERACTIONS. BEING ABLE TO ESTABLISH A POSITIVE RAPPORT AND CREATE
  • BRAND AWARENESS
  • SCHEDULING EXPERIENCE CENTRE VISITS WITH OUR DESIGN TEAM AS PER DEFINED PROCESS
  • FOLLOW-UP WITH INTERNAL STAKEHOLDERS TO ENSURE THAT APPROPRIATE ACTION HAS BEEN TAKEN ON CUSTOMER REQUESTS AND
  • COMPLAINTS
  • MAKING REMINDER CALLS TO CUSTOMERS & SCHEDULING APPOINTMENTS, ENSURING THAT THE CALLS HAPPEN AS PER SCHEDULED TIME
  • KEEPING RECORDS OF CUSTOMER INTERACTIONS AND DIFFERENT TRANSACTIONS, RECORDING DETAILS OF COMMENTS, INQUIRIES &
  • COMPLAINTS
  • COMMUNICATING EFFECTIVELY AND PROFESSIONALLY IN ALL FORMS OF COMMUNICATION WITH INTERNAL AND EXTERNAL CUSTOMERS

Requirements:

  • A GRADUATE IN ANY STREAM (10+2+3 REGULAR EDUCATION)
  • 0-1 YRS OF RELEVANT EXPERIENCE IN TELE SALES, INSIDE SALES OR SIMILAR
  • FAMILIAR WITH CRM & CLOUD TELEPHONY SYSTEMS AND PRACTICES
  • CUSTOMER FOCUSED AND ADAPTABLE TO DIFFERENT PERSONALITY TYPES
  • HAVE THE ABILITY TO MULTITASK, SET PRIORITIES AND MANAGE TIME EFFECTIVELY
  • POSSESS PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE IN A CALL CENTER DEALING WITH INDIAN CONSUMERS
  • SUPERIOR LISTENING, VERBAL, AND WRITTEN COMMUNICATION SKILLS
  • PROFICIENT IN SPOKEN ENGLISH WITH PROPER GRAMMAR & FLUENCY

Salary:

The estimated salary for this role is ₹ 3.00 Lac per annum, with incentives based on performance. The compensation package includes a competitive salary, benefits, and opportunities for growth and development.
