  • Our team is dedicated to providing timely and effective resolution of customer queries, complaints, and escalations.
  • We take full ownership of assigned cases and strive to resolve issues to the customer's satisfaction.
  • We collaborate with dependency teams and confidently interact with management/leadership.
  • We write detailed reports on escalations/customer feedback to leadership/management.
  • We adhere to SOPs and compliance requirements.
  • We act as a voice of the customer and provide insightful feedback to internal teams on improvement areas.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Bachelor's degree in any field.
  • Demonstrate strong customer-centricity and empathy, with a drive for resolving customer issues.
  • At least 2 years of experience in customer support at a leading B2C organization.
  • Experience in L3/CEO/social media escalations role is preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills in English, Hindi, and Kannada (fluency in Tamil or Telugu is an asset).
  • Working knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets is desired.
  • Hands-on experience with ticketing tools is required.
  • A proven track record of containing and resolving highly complex escalations.
