Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Java professional to join our team as a Technical Project Lead.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software development, with expertise in Java backend systems and project leadership skills.

The role involves facilitating requirement gathering sessions, translating business requirements into actionable technical tasks, and working on large-scale data processing pipelines using Apache Spark.

The successful candidate will also have excellent client interaction and communication skills, with the ability to manage stakeholders and negotiate priorities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and develop high-quality Java-based solutions for complex business problems.
  • Work closely with development managers, leads, and QA teams to define schedules, allocate resources, and make key implementation decisions.
  • Contribute to design discussions, architecture reviews, and enforce coding standards and best practices.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • 5+ years of professional Java development experience with strong backend system design exposure.
  • Expertise in Oracle SQL and relational databases; ability to write and optimize complex queries and procedures.
  • Experience with batch processing systems and exposure to Apache Spark or equivalent large-scale data processing frameworks.
  • Strong understanding of job scheduling tools such as Control-M or Autosys.
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills, with a focus on delivery ownership.

  • Experience in enterprise systems, especially within financial services or data-centric environments.
