Job Title: Technical Project Lead

Job Description:

The company is seeking a highly skilled Technical Project Lead to oversee the development and implementation of technical projects. This individual will be responsible for leading cross-functional teams, ensuring design specifications and quality standards are met, and collaborating with other engineering disciplines to integrate mechanical design and ensure consistency.

  • Lead project planning, execution, and delivery to ensure timely and within-budget completion
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and process teams to integrate mechanical design and ensure consistency
  • Provide technical guidance to the team, conduct design reviews, and ensure engineering standards, reliability, and performance specifications are met
  • Work closely with other engineering disciplines/teams to integrate mechanical design and ensure consistency
  • Create and maintain technical documentation, including specifications, drawings, and reports
  • Offer technical support to Sales/marketing and process team for proposals

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Graduate in Mechanical Engineering or Diploma in Mechanical. The ideal candidate should have 15 to 18 years of relevant experience in the Air pollution control equipment like ESP and Fabric Filters.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Leading the project, collaborating with cross-functional groups and ensuring design specifications and quality standards
  • Provide technical guidance to the team, conduct design reviews, ensure engineering standards, reliability and performance specifications
  • Work closely with other engineering disciplines/teams to integrate mechanical design and ensure consistency
  • Create and maintain technical documentation, including specifications, drawings and reports
  • Offer technical support to Sales/ marketing and process team for proposals
Benefits:

Strong Knowledge in 3D tools like Inventor, AutoCAD and Navisworks would be an advantage.
