Job Title: Application Engr I

We are seeking an experienced and skilled individual to join our team as a Technical Specialist. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading projects, managing technical teams, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality solutions.


Responsibilities
  • Understand overall system functionality and operation
  • Develop and implement energy-saving opportunities in buildings
  • Review functional specifications and sequence of operations
  • Implement DDC programming and control systems
  • Analyze site operating data and identify faults
  • Collaborate with technical teams and provide technical direction
  • Prepare monthly reports and insights

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field
  • 4-6 years of work experience in project management and technical leadership
  • Proficiency in software programming and coding
  • Knowledge of networking, database technology, and integration protocols
  • Previous exposure to BMS project commissioning
