Relevant Experience : 7+ years in Full Stack Development with Angular and Java

Mandatory Skills :

- Full Stack Development expertise

- Proficient in Angular (version 16 or above)

- Strong Java backend development skills

Desired Skills :

- Deep expertise in Angular 16+

- Robust experience with backend Java technologies

Roles & Responsibilities :

- Lead and manage full stack development initiatives, ensuring the delivery of scalable, reliable, and secure solutions within the banking domain.

- Design, develop, and maintain web applications using Angular (v16+) on the frontend and Java on the backend.

- Collaborate closely with product owners, business analysts, and cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into effective technical solutions.

- Provide technical leadership, mentoring, and guidance to development teams, fostering best practices and continuous learning.

- Ensure strict adherence to coding standards, software development best practices, and project timelines.

- Drive code reviews, troubleshoot issues, and optimize application performance to meet high-quality standards.

- Stay updated with emerging technologies and incorporate relevant advancements into project architectures.
