Site Management Professional

As a site management professional, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of construction sites. Your primary responsibility will be to maintain a seamless and orderly site environment, which involves solving design problems, managing construction works, and keeping records for reporting purposes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain site operations in accordance with occupational health and safety legislations, standards, and codes of practice.
  • Prepare and implement project safety plans.
  • Coordinate with key stakeholders, manage subcontractors and suppliers, and negotiate contracts.
  • Develop and maintain lasting client relationships by understanding their business needs and constraints.
  • Represent clients during project stages and ensure that company profit targets are met.

Requirements:

  • Proven expertise in site management with significant experience in site supervision.
  • Certified professional in a building-related discipline.
  • Strong leadership skills, including the ability to improve existing competencies and exhibit a willingness to learn.
  • Superior interpersonal and communication skills.
