Establish a successful business development vertical and drive the company's growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Set up the business development function from scratch, establishing processes and procedures to ensure efficiency and productivity.

- Analyze competition business models and franchisee policies to inform strategic decisions.
- Build a strong network of franchisees, leveraging personal experience to drive sales and revenue growth.
- Adapt sourcing strategies to include direct field visits, digital ads, and other tactics to optimize results.
- Sources properties through a strong network of brokers and market intermediaries, staying informed about current market rentals.
- Effectively manage teams, having handled at least 1-2 team members in the past, to achieve business objectives.
- Develop a deep understanding of profit and loss statements to make informed financial decisions.
- Create an annual business development plan, setting clear goals and objectives to drive growth.
- Utilize geographical knowledge of Southern markets to inform business strategy and optimize results.
- Ensure new store openings are profitable, meeting business objectives and driving growth.
