We are seeking experienced Learning & Development specialists to join our curated talent pool. Our goal is to support delivering multiple inclusive, data-driven digital learning programs.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Design and Deliver Learning Experiences: Develop and implement scalable templates, toolkits, and processes for delivering high-quality learning experiences.
  2. Collaborate with Global Stakeholders: Work with cross-functional teams across time zones and languages to deliver projects on-time and within budget.
  3. Ensure Accessibility and Quality: Ensure all learning experiences meet accessibility standards and are of high quality.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Minimum 5+ Years L&D Experience: Demonstrable experience in Learning & Development, preferably in an enterprise or consulting setting.
  • Strong Portfolio/Case Studies: Showcase a portfolio of successful learning experiences and case studies that demonstrate your expertise.
  • Proven Remote Collaboration: Ability to work effectively in a remote environment and collaborate with global stakeholders.
