Machine Learning Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled Machine Learning Engineer to join our team.

  • This is an opportunity to work on cutting-edge machine learning projects, developing and deploying models that drive business outcomes.
  • You will design and implement machine learning pipelines and models, including LLM-based solutions, and translate prototypes and research into production-grade code and deployable components.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Design and implement machine learning pipelines and models, including LLM-based solutions.
  2. Translate prototypes and research into production-grade code and deployable components.
  3. Develop and fine-tune foundation models and LLMs for specific use cases.
  4. Train and optimize numeric machine-learning models.
  5. Apply prompt engineering and build agent-based architectures for complex task automation.
  6. Integrate models into backend systems and support real-time/batch inference services.
  7. Work with guardrails and observability tools to ensure safe and robust use of generative AI.
  8. Stay up to date with advances in AI and emerging LLM ecosystems to bring innovative capabilities to the team.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's or Master's in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
  • 3+ years of experience building and deploying machine learning models in production.
  • Hands-on experience with LLM solution development and integration.
  • Solid understanding of modern LLM tools and frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, CrewAI, Autogen, Azure OpenAI Studio, Gemini Studio, and LangSmith or equivalent observability/debugging platforms.
  • Proficiency with Python and ML libraries like PyTorch, TensorFlow, scikit-learn, or Hugging Face Transformers.
  • Deep understanding of agent architectures, prompt engineering, and LLM guardrails.
  • Experience with CI/CD practices, version control, testing, and model governance.
  • Comfortable working with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and container technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
