Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Machine Learning Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining large-scale machine learning systems that enhance the user experience on our marketplace app.

Our ideal candidate has a strong background in machine learning and software engineering fundamentals, with a minimum of 2+ years of professional experience in end-to-end development of large-scale ML systems in production.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams and product stakeholders to design solutions, implement features, and optimize recommendation algorithms to improve user engagement.

Additionally, you will conduct data analysis and experimentation with large-scale datasets to identify patterns, trends, and insights that drive the refinement of recommendation algorithms.

  • Develop and maintain machine learning systems using common frameworks such as TensorFlow and PyTorch.
  • Collaborate with multiple teams and stakeholders to carry out projects.
  • Utilize machine learning frameworks and libraries to deploy scalable and efficient recommendation solutions.
  • Monitor system performance and conduct A/B testing to evaluate the effectiveness of features.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Strong experience demonstrating development and delivery of end-to-end machine learning solutions starting from experimentation to deploying models, including backend engineering and MLOps, in large scale production systems.
  • Deep understanding of machine learning and software engineering fundamentals.
  • Basic knowledge and skills related to monitoring systems, logging, and common operations in production environments.
  • Experience using common machine learning frameworks (e.g., scikit-learn, NumPy, pandas).
