Job Title: Expert Learning Facilitator

We are seeking an experienced and skilled learning facilitator to join our team. As a proactive trainer, you will be responsible for creating engaging course content, providing personalized support to students, assessing learner progress, and incorporating feedback to enhance instructional strategies.

About the Role:

This is a part-time freelance role that requires flexibility and independence. The ideal candidate will have experience in delivering corporate trainings, possess strong communication and presentation skills, and proficiency with online teaching tools and virtual learning environments.

Responsibilities:

  • Create and deliver interactive training sessions
  • Offer one-on-one support to learners
  • Evaluate learner progress and provide constructive feedback
  • Develop new training materials and resources
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts to create high-quality content

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Education, Teaching, or a related field
  • Experience in delivering corporate trainings
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency with online learning platforms and tools
  • Able to assess learner progress and provide constructive feedback
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
