As a skilled Mortgage Underwriter, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and completeness of mortgage loan applications.

Key Responsibilities:
  • End-to-End Underwriting: Review and evaluate mortgage loan applications from start to finish, verifying that all necessary documents are in order and that the loan meets the required guidelines.
  • Income Review Specialist: Conduct thorough income reviews to verify the borrower's ability to repay the loan.
  • Collateral Assessment: Assess the value and risk associated with the collateral securing the loan.
  • Non-Qualified Mortgage Evaluation: Evaluate non-qualified mortgage loan applications and ensure they meet the required standards.

The ideal candidate should have at least 2 years of experience in mortgage underwriting or a related field. They should be flexible and able to work night shifts as needed.

We prefer immediate joiners or those who can join without notice period.
