Key Responsibilities
  • Define data collection requirements and strategy for SalesForce Data cloud, Tealium AudienceStream, RT-CDP, Segment etc.
  • Work with brand and marketing teams to understand requirements and design personalization use cases supporting end-user engagement involving CDP.
  • Manage, triage requirements from multiple stakeholders and work with onshore, offshore Analytics engineers for successful enablement with active communication by setting right expectations.
  • Create, gather, and manage analytics data needs of the lines of business and translate them into technical specifications.
  • Manage and work on CDP audits and measurement frameworks to ensure customer profiles are getting built as per expectations.
  • Actively build relationships with lines of business and act as a consultant for data needs. Periodically analyze data and current state, report out systems statuses, findings, and recommendations.
  • Manage a consistent method of tagging various digital platforms to support end-to-end channel analytics that includes both web and mobile applications.
  • Document, share, and apply implementation guides, standards, and best practices including creation of SDR, MRD, and other documentation.
  • Oversee the delivery of client deliverables to ensure that the team efforts are streamlined to enable analytics, by prioritizing efforts of engineers and QA specialists to meet objectives.
  • Provide digital analytics guidance for all assigned accounts. This guidance consists of identifying, planning, and executing analysis opportunities.
  • Serve as the point of escalation for client requests.
  • Develop and foster client relationships, especially within client's analytic departments.
  • Manage relationships with clients and partners and identify opportunities for new data sources.
  • Ensure proper analytics implementation of online marketing campaigns.
  • Advise on, build, and maintain complete documentation for all projects.
  • Manage data independently to realize trends and process improvements, keeping up to date with the latest technology trends and recommending areas for improvement.
  • Provide ad hoc reporting.
