Job Description">
  • Develop and implement innovative social media strategies that capture the audience's imagination, including graphics, reels, carousels, stories, and written posts.

 

  • Manage our end-to-end social media presence across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, etc.)

 

  • Use design tools like Canva to manage social media calendars

 

  • Create and curate high-quality, creative, and trend-driven content that engages the community through comments, DMs, and interactive stories.

 

  • Track and analyze key metrics and provide performance reports with actionable insights to help us grow.

 

  • Collaborate closely with our team to keep content aligned with our brand's message and vision.

 

Requirements

 

  • 1–3 years of experience in a similar role (internships/freelance included)

 

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related field

 

  • Passion for social media, storytelling, and content creation

 

  • Deep understanding of social media platforms and best practices

 

  • Creative thinker with strong content writing and visual storytelling skills

 

  • Comfortable with design tools like Canva

 

  • Aware of emerging trends, meme culture, and viral formats

 

  • Ability to work independently and in a team, take initiative, and manage multiple tasks

 

Nice To Have

 

  • Knowledge of graphic design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite)

 

  • Familiarity with basic analytics tools like Meta Business Suite, Instagram Insights, or Analytics

 

  • Understanding of influencer marketing, UGC, or paid social campaigns

 

  • Hands-on experience with a DSLR or mobile camera for video/photo content
