Dynamic Social Media Professional

We are seeking a seasoned expert to join our team as a Senior Social Media Manager. This individual will play a pivotal role in developing and executing innovative social media strategies that drive business growth and engagement.

Main Responsibilities
  • Brief agency partners to ensure deliverables align with plans and are completed on time.
  • Develop comprehensive Go-To-Market strategies for short-form social marketing activations, encompassing owned and operated social platforms and allied partners.
  • Collaborate closely with external partners to synchronize plans and execute deliverables smoothly.
  • Maintain internal awareness of key trends and brand crisis situations on social media that impact the business.
  • Inform paid media initiatives to enhance reach.
  • Foster community engagement, identifying opportunities to spark conversations between the brand and users.
Key Requirements
  • Spearhead social marketing mandates, overseeing social Go-To-Market strategy and influencer campaign management.
  • Demonstrate proficiency in working with data and numbers while understanding the nuances of compelling content for social media audiences.
  • Ensure agency execution adheres to marketing briefs while maintaining brand and partner guidelines.
  • Nurture strong relationships with influencer agencies, talent management agencies, and content creators.
  • Possess excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively represent work to stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with colleagues from marketing and business teams, as well as social teams across APAC and IN, to align, inform, and receive support for social marketing plans.
  • Analyze successes, failures, learnings, and future directions for initiatives and experiments, sharing insights with cross-functional teams.
  • Continuously optimize influencer plans based on feedback, learnings, and results.
  • Show proactiveness and willingness to run robust experiments to optimize influencer marketing plans, informing future marketing strategies.
  • Empower innovation by ensuring the brand's social presence is at the forefront of topicality in the Indian social media ecosystem.
  • Prior experience with AI tools and a passion for staying updated on the latest developments in AI technology.

This is a dynamic and experimental role requiring a proactive mindset, exceptional analytical skills, and strong collaboration abilities.

The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the social media landscape in India, along with experience working with influencers, content creators, and social media platforms.
