Job Title: Manager - Social Media

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and innovative professional to lead our social media efforts. This role will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive social media strategy that drives engagement, increases brand visibility, and fosters a strong online community.

As the ideal candidate, you will have a proven track record of successfully scaling social media channels, creating engaging content, and managing relationships with influencers and their agencies. You will be able to think creatively, work collaboratively, and bring a fresh perspective to our team.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy that aligns with our business objectives.
- Create and curate high-quality, engaging content that resonates with our target audience.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration across all marketing channels.
- Manage relationships with influencers and their agencies to amplify our brand message and reach new audiences.

Requirements:

- 6-7 years of relevant experience in social media management and influencer marketing.
- Proven ability to scale social media channels successfully in previous roles.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, including their features and best practices.
- Excellent communication and project management skills.
