About the Role
As a key player in our online presence, we are seeking an innovative and results-driven Digital Marketing Lead to spearhead our social media strategy.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy that aligns with business objectives and drives engagement.
- Manage daily operations of social media platforms including Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, etc., ensuring consistency and effectiveness.
- Plan, create, and publish captivating content, including posts, videos, stories, and reels, that resonates with our target audience.
- Design and implement paid social media campaigns, optimizing performance to achieve ROI and drive brand growth.
- Leverage User-Generated Content (UGC) to foster engagement and authenticity, while driving brand awareness and loyalty.
- Craft and manage Influencer Marketing campaigns to expand our reach and build meaningful relationships with industry influencers.
- Collaborate with external agencies for creative production, media planning, and campaign execution, ensuring seamless integration and maximum impact.
- Strengthen our brand identity through consistent messaging and storytelling, resonating with our target audience and differentiating us from competitors.
- Monitor analytics and prepare regular performance reports, providing actionable insights to inform data-driven decisions.
- Work closely with design, marketing, and content teams to ensure cohesive brand voice and visual identity.
- Engage with our online community by responding to comments, messages, and reviews, fostering a positive and supportive environment.
- Stay ahead of industry trends, competitor activity, and emerging platforms to maintain our position as a thought leader and innovator.
- Ensure all campaigns comply with brand guidelines and industry best practices, upholding our commitment to excellence and integrity.
Requirements:
- 3–6 years of experience in social media management, digital marketing, or content marketing, with a proven track record of success.
- Demonstrated expertise in growing and managing social media accounts, with a deep understanding of paid campaigns, content strategy, UGC, and influencer collaborations.
- Hands-on experience with social media tools & analytics platforms, including Meta Business Suite, Hootsuite, Buffer, Google Analytics, etc.
- Creative thinker with excellent copywriting and visual storytelling skills, able to develop compelling narratives and engaging content.
- Experience working with external agencies and cross-functional teams, with a strong ability to collaborate and communicate effectively.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines.
- Degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred, but not required.
