About the Job

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead the Gift Cards business growth. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, distribution channel management, and revenue growth. They will be responsible for driving growth through managing distribution channels, profit and loss, and sales. The role also requires collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and overseeing operations like issuance and corporate program rollouts.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage Distribution Channels: Optimize and oversee affiliate, direct web, and corporate distribution channels to drive growth.
  • Revenue Growth: Identify and unlock new channels of distribution to increase gift card sales.
  • Collaborate with Teams: Align and collaborate with stakeholders from Flights, Hotels, and GT to ensure successful LOB buy-ins and project execution.
  • Lead B2C Direct Sales: Drive revenue through B2C direct sales initiatives in collaboration with the Marketing and Alliances teams.
  • Contribute to Product Planning: Launch new offerings for MMT Direct and Corporate Sales to drive growth.

Requirements:

  • Masters degree from a reputed institute.
  • 5- 8 years of experience in sales/travel trade/key account management/contracting/B2B sales.
  • Experience in handling multiple accounts as a partner is preferred.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Power-point.
