Job Title: AI Cloud Solutions Strategist

Position Overview

As a highly skilled Ai Cloud Solutions Strategist, you will play a key role in guiding our teams through agile delivery of cutting-edge AI and cloud solutions.

This individual will be responsible for ensuring project velocity, stakeholder alignment, and seamless execution in a fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate has a bachelor's degree in computer science or related technology field, hands-on experience with AI and cloud-based projects, and a proven ability to drive agile teams while ensuring strong communication across executives, SMEs, and engineering.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and lead cross-functional Agile teams in delivering high-quality AI and cloud-based projects.
  • Develop and implement effective strategies for ensuring project velocity and stakeholder alignment.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify business needs and develop solutions that meet those needs.
  • Ensure seamless execution of projects by identifying and mitigating potential roadblocks.
  • Provide guidance and support to team members on agile methodologies and best practices.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in AI and cloud technologies and apply that knowledge to drive innovation and improvement.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or related field.
  • Proven experience managing AI and cloud ecosystem projects as a Scrum Master or Agile Project Manager.
  • Strong understanding of agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe) and their adaptation to AI/cloud environments.
  • Proficiency with Jira, Confluence, Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
  • Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Familiarity with cloud technologies (AWS, Azure, GCP) and exposure to AI/ML/LLM-based projects.

Preferred Skills

  • Prior experience in a stealth startup or innovation-driven environment.
  • Understanding of FinOps, policy-as-code, or cloud cost optimization practices.
  • Familiarity with LLMOps/MLOps pipelines, AI agent workflows, or data governance frameworks.
  • Agile certifications (CSM, PSM, SAFe) are a plus.
