Job Title

Cloud Architectural Strategist

A Cloud Architectural Strategist will work in partnership with the business to formulate and execute a sales strategy that exceeds revenue objectives through the adoption of innovative cloud strategies.

  • Create, modernize, and migrate applications, software, and services on cloud platforms, including AI and machine learning technologies.
  • Educate customers on the value proposition of cloud computing and drive architectural discussions to ensure client strategies and solutions are designed for successful deployment in the cloud.
  • Capture and share best-practice knowledge amongst the cloud community.
  • Build deep relationships with senior technical individuals and key stakeholders within customer organizations to enable them to be cloud advocates.
  • Identify and recommend specific cloud service providers that best align with clients goals.
  • Act as a technical liaison between customers, engineering teams, and product development.

- 10+ years of experience in systems engineering, software development, and modernization or application architecture.

- At least 3 years of experience with hyperscaler platforms (AWS, Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud Platform) and have knowledge in selling, solutioning or architecting scalable, secure, and high-performance solutions tailored to customer needs.

- Experience or knowledge in providing detailed cost estimates for cloud infrastructure, services, and migration plans, ensuring transparency and alignment with customer budgets.

- Expertise in full-stack web application development in languages such as Java, .NET, Python, Go, C#, JavaScript.

- Experience with services/micro-services development and relational databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL, Oracle).

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

- Knowledge in project management tools and agile methodologies.

- Certification in AWS or Azure is preferred.

- Presentation skills with a high degree of comfort speaking with executives, IT management, and developers.

- Demonstrated thought leadership through publications and public speaking.

Work Details:

- Expected to cover EST time zone and up to 12:30 AM.

- Work location Bangalore/Chennai.
