Epsilon Carbon is a leading industrial conglomerate driving the global carbon black and battery materials industry.

We are dedicated to decarbonizing economies and supporting cleaner technologies. Our subsidiaries, Epsilon Carbon and Epsilon Advanced Materials, have carved a niche for themselves through their innovative approaches.

We operate India's first fully integrated carbon facility in Bellary, Karnataka, specializing in carbon black and specialized carbon derivatives.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Developing and implementing the company's strategic plan in alignment with its vision and mission.
  • Overseeing the execution of strategic projects and initiatives. Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and successful project delivery.
  • Analyzing market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments. Providing insights and recommendations based on market analysis to inform strategic decisions.
  • Identifying and evaluating potential mergers, acquisitions, partnerships, and alliances. Lead due diligence processes and negotiations for corporate development activities.
  • Fostering a culture of innovation within the organization to drive growth. Oversee the development of new products, services, and business models.
  • Engaging with internal and external stakeholders to gather insights and build support for strategic initiatives. Communicate strategic goals and progress to various stakeholders.

The ideal candidate should possess:

  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
  • Expertise in financial modeling and business case creation.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to convey insights to senior stakeholders.
  • High proficiency in tools like PowerPoint and Excel.
  • Strong collaboration and stakeholder management capabilities.
  • Ability to navigate and deliver results in ambiguous and fast-changing business environments.
  • Strategic mindset with a keen eye for detail and commercial implications.
