Job Title: Performance Marketing Executive

Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Paid Media Manager to oversee and optimize our digital advertising campaigns. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in running campaigns, analyzing performance metrics, and ensuring maximum ROI on ad spends.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, Execute, and Manage Paid Campaigns across Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and other platforms.
  • Conduct Keyword Research, Audience Targeting, and Competitor Analysis to maximize campaign effectiveness.
  • Monitor Daily Performance of campaigns and optimize for clicks, conversions, and ROI.
  • Create, Test, and Iterate Ad Creatives, Copies, and Formats to improve performance.
  • Collaborate with Design and Content Teams to ensure ads align with brand guidelines.
  • Track, Analyze, and Report Campaign Performance with actionable insights.
  • Manage Budgets Effectively and ensure campaigns stay within allocated spends.
  • Stay Updated with Platform Changes and industry best practices.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, or Related Field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in paid media/digital advertising.
  • Proficiency in Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and other ad platforms.
  • Strong Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills.
  • Good understanding of digital marketing funnels and performance metrics (CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, etc.).
  • Ability to work on multiple campaigns and deliver within deadlines.
  • Google Ads or Facebook Blueprint certifications (preferred).
