Job Overview:

This role involves overseeing the entire project lifecycle for various AI products within our team's portfolio, utilizing Agile methodologies to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery.

  • Collaborate closely with engineering teams to comprehend technical issues, contribute to solution design, and guarantee effective implementation.
  • Proactively monitor project progress, identify and manage risks, and provide clear and concise status reports to stakeholders.
  • Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including project plans, timelines, budgets, and risk assessments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work effectively with the engineering team to resolve technical issues and ensure timely delivery.
  • Develop and implement project management best practices to enhance efficiency and productivity.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including team members, engineers, and senior leadership.
  • Identify and mitigate project risks, ensuring successful outcomes.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related technical field.
  • 3+ years of experience in technical project management, with a focus on analytics and AI-related projects.
  • Proven experience working within an Agile development environment.
  • Hands-on experience with ServiceNow (SNOW), or any IT service ticket management system, including queue management and issue resolution.
  • Strong technical aptitude and a solid understanding of software development lifecycles and AI concepts.
