Business Transformation Specialist

As a highly skilled Business Transformation Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing operational efficiency and driving business growth. You will act as a strategic bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams, facilitating cross-functional collaboration and communication.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the identification of AI opportunities that align with business goals, conducting workshops and stakeholder interviews to uncover pain points and automation potential.
  • Convert business requirements into technical specifications for AI/ML teams, collaborating with data scientists and engineers to ensure feasibility and alignment.
  • Develop ROI models, feasibility studies, and risk assessments for AI initiatives, presenting findings and recommendations to senior leadership.
  • Define KPIs and success metrics for AI projects, tracking and reporting on project outcomes and business impact.
  • Act as a liaison between business units and technical teams, facilitating cross-functional collaboration and communication.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Data Science, or related field; MBA or Master's preferred.
  • Minimum 3–6 years of experience in business analysis, with 1–2 years in AI/ML projects.
  • Familiarity with AI/ML concepts, including NLP, computer vision, and generative AI.
  • Basic knowledge of programming languages such as Python, SQL, Tableau, or Power BI.
  • Understanding of AI platforms (AWS SageMaker, Azure ML, Google Vertex AI).
  • Strong grasp of business strategy, operations, and financial modeling.
  • Critical thinking and problem-solving mindset.
