Business Intelligence Analyst Role Overview

We are seeking a seasoned data science professional to lead our team in driving business growth through data-driven insights. The ideal candidate will possess a strong foundation in data analysis, exploratory data analysis (EDA), and applied statistics.

The selected candidate will be responsible for designing, building, and deploying machine learning and generative AI models to drive business outcomes. They will work with large datasets to extract valuable insights and build predictive/analytical solutions that inform business decisions.

The successful candidate will have expertise in machine learning and AI, data analysis and insights, NLP and LLMs, collaboration and communication. They will also have a strong background in Python, data science libraries, and familiarity with cloud platforms and MLOps practices.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, build, and deploy machine learning and generative AI models to drive business outcomes.
  • Work with large datasets to extract valuable insights and build predictive/analytical solutions that inform business decisions.
  • Apply NLP, LLMs, and GenAI frameworks to real-world use cases and stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in these areas.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business needs and deliver AI-driven solutions that meet stakeholder expectations.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Strong background in Python, data science libraries (Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-learn, PyTorch/TensorFlow).
  • Hands-on experience with Generative AI, LLMs, transformers, or diffusion models.
  • Experience with NLP techniques, prompt engineering, and model fine-tuning.
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS / Azure / GCP) and MLOps practices.
  • Good understanding of data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model evaluation.
