Lead Analytics Visionary

We are seeking a seasoned leader to shape our data strategy and build high-performing analytics organizations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design scalable data infrastructure to support large-scale analytics and faster decision-making.
  • Develop tools and frameworks for data creation, transformation, and consumption across the company.
  • Build unified data views by integrating behavioral and transactional data into structured, query-optimized flat tables.
  • Partner with product, marketing, CRM, operations, and finance teams to ensure data democratization and adoption.
  • Establish data governance, quality standards, and best practices for the organization.
  • Drive self-service analytics adoption and empower teams with dashboards, reporting, and insights.
  • Collaborate with product and engineering teams to introduce and scale ML-driven insights.
  • Build and mentor a cross-functional analytics team spanning business/operations analytics, marketing/CRM analytics, and product/finance analytics.

Requirements:

  • 8+ years in data & analytics leadership with proven success in building data marts and enterprise-wide data strategies.
  • Strong track record of running analytics across mobile, web, marketing, product, and operations ecosystems.
  • Deep technical expertise in data modeling, flat table structures, and query optimization for large-scale systems.
  • Hands-on experience with behavioral and transactional data integration.
  • Strong knowledge of modern data stack (SQL, ETL/ELT, cloud data warehouses, BI tools).
  • ML Competency: Familiarity with machine learning workflows and guiding data scientists in building predictive models.
  • Proven ability to build and scale analytics teams.
  • Strong business acumen with translation skills from data to actionable insights.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
